Class program focus's on stretching & loosening up muscles.  The 15-20 min. Cardiovascular workout is great for all the muscles of the body, not just the Heart & Lungs.  We work on toning our tummy's, legs, facial muscles and our vocals are outstanding.  We pay special attention to our arthritic fingers and carple-tunnel wrist and have a great deal of fun.  1 full hour of working out never felt so good!
